Event Description
Pride, Prevention, Connection is a free online event bringing together LGBTIQA+ communities, advocates and workers from the primary prevention sector to share skills, swap ideas, and build stronger networks.
Rather than focusing on crisis response, the forum looks at how we stop violence before it starts. Through a practical panel discussion and interactive networking, participants will explore how to create genuinely inclusive education and prevention programs that keep LGBTIQA+ Victorians safe.
The event will involve a panel discussion, followed by live Q&A, with opportunity for networking and collaboration through breakout rooms at the end.
Pride, Prevention, Connection is proudly supported by the Victorian Government through the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) Pride Events and Festivals Fund.
Event Policies: Let's Talk About X is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all participants. We have zero tolerance for discrimination, homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, or harassment of any kind.
